Dear Pilots

We have had to revert back to Kacars due to a licensing issue with SmartCars. SmartCars is no longer available for PIREP submission. The (Kacars) installation file together with the user manual can now be found in the Downloads section.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Good morning

After following all installation instructions and running the software as administrator, the software refuses to work.

I keep getting a "Unhandled exception" error.

What do we do next? We have flights to fly :D

Please help....

Hi, I keep getting some message about an unhandled exception every time I log in. So right now I can't fly and be tracked as my FSPassengers is also not being recognised by SAA Virtual. Please help and advise.

2nd attempt fails again.

I don't have any old versions. I'll try the download section again.

Hi guys.

I have found a possible solution.

I have played around with some settings.

1) After installing and running as Administrator, click on "Info" at the top of the screen and then on "Settings"
2) Fill out the form with your login name and password and the URL Base ande Browser URL as http://www.saavirtual.org
3) TICK Search Flight #
4) UNTICK Auto Chat Login
5) Select Kilograms
6) Save the data

Proceed with the connection. It seems that it is the chat facility causing the problem.

Please also adjust the program's compatibility settings to Run as administrator and compatibility for XP SP3

You beat me to it. Thanks for posting.

This settings option worked for me too. I am running mine in Windows 7 compatability mode.
