TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP

I confirm that:

1.	I am at least 13 years of age.
2.	I have access to Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002, 2004, Flight Simulator X or X-Plane
3.	I have both an active internet connection and valid email address.
4.	I understand that I have 14 days from date of registration to file my first flight report (PIREP), failure to do so will result in immediate termination.
5.	I understand that I am required to complete one flight and to file that flights PIREP every calendar month thereafter to maintain an Active Status.
6.	Hours flown on other Virtual Airlines will be accepted up to a maximum of 100 hours, on submission of proof acceptable to the management of this airline.
7.	I will not provide false information about myself in my application, or in the forums, or to any other airline member at any time. I understand that if I submit false information that my account will be immediately terminated.
8.	I understand that my application may be rejected by management for any reason without explanation.
9.	I will conduct myself in both a respectful and professional manner. I will refrain from using vulgar language that may offend any other members and will take full responsibility for myself and my actions.
10.	I understand that management has the right to suspend, terminate or reject any member for any reason without explanation.
11.	By completing and submitting the application I am agreeing to all Terms of Use and Service mentioned above.
