Ian Harrison ATC held 8 planes at the runway. In the end I just crashed past them and took off with no complaints!
Dieter Magnet It took 11mins from your pushback to start of taxi? In addition to your ATC delay you had unhappy passengers, no doubt. Navigation Lights should always be on and beacons when aircraft is moving.
