Ian Harrison No speed restrictions hot and heavy t/o. Could not maintain 32000. Left it at 30000 and went to sleep. Engines 2 and 3 failed on approach. Declared an emergency and the brilliant Captain managed to land safely with 2 engines at EGLL.
