Dieter Magnet DISP RMKS PLANNED OPTIMUM FLIGHT LEVEL - no step climb needed, stronger headwinds at higher FLs and low tropopause. Error in fuel pump shutoff, which lead to Engine 1&4 shutting down. managed to restart.
