Ian Harrison 2:59:54 no idea what this is, take off was normal. Could not manage step climb as bedtime interfered. When I went to sleep FMC showed optimum at FL300 when I woke up optimum was FL400 but there was only one hour left to go and plane was stable and just enough fuel to get to KMIA. Taxi at FACT was a bit erratic as ATC changed take off direction while I was taxiing.
Dieter Magnet Senior Flight Captain - you should comply with the step climb requirements where indicated. You did not step climb and therefore risk your next PIREP being rejected if non-compliant.
