Abraham Bhekisintu Zulu Not matching nav data between the sim and the flight planner utility caused the nav problem over Botswana. I corrected the problem by re programming the fmc from FSBK TO FAOR. Assigned to VFR approach by ATC on arrival.
Dieter Magnet Senior Flight Captain, that little sortie over Botswana was not the only issue. Your landing (was off the runway) and your approach was not stable (dumping flaps 8 at the last minute). Also when entering route markers, it's helpful to use airways to link navigation points because it cleans up the filed route.
