Steve Munckton exceeded speed on take off deployed speed break corrected after a few seconds. heavy turbalance and rain at FACT resulting in a slight bounce.
Ian Carine Normal flaps for take-off is 5 degrees (position 3) not position 5. See if that helps with your over-speeds.
